Our Approach

How We Work

UK immigration matters can be stressful. We help clients understand their options, prepare applications properly, and move forward with confidence.

Regulatory note: Immigration advice is provided by an IAA authorised adviser at Level 1. Organisation registration is currently pending.

  1. Step 01

    Consultation

Everything begins with an open, confidential conversation. You can contact us by telephone, WhatsApp, email or by completing the enquiry form on our website. At the initial consultation we listen carefully to your immigration history, personal circumstances and long-term goals, then give you an honest view of which routes are realistically open to you, the costs and timescales involved, and the risks of each option.

    • No-pressure 45–60 minute appointment
    • Available in English or Bengali
    • In-person at our East London office, by phone or video
    • Written action plan after every consultation
    • Fixed fee consultation with no further obligation
  2. Step 02

    Engagement & Client Care Letter

If you decide to instruct us, we send you a formal Client Care Letter setting out the scope of our work, the level of service we will provide, the fee (and any payment plans agreed), our regulatory obligations as an IAA-regulated firm, and your right to complain if things go wrong. Once you sign and return the letter and pay the first invoice or deposit, your matter is formally opened and we assign it to a named caseworker.

    • Written terms of business within 48 hours of instruction
    • Transparent fee structure — no hidden charges
    • Payment instalment options available for eligible cases
    • Named, directly contactable caseworker assigned
    • Confirms your consumer and regulatory protections in writing
  3. Step 03

    Document Review & Evidence Gathering

Every case succeeds or fails on the evidence. Your caseworker sends you a detailed, personalised document checklist within two working days of the matter opening, covering every document, letter, certificate and record we will need for your specific application. We then work through each document you provide, flagging any issues, requesting certified translations where documents are not in English or Welsh, and identifying any gaps that need to be addressed before the application can safely be submitted.

    • Personalised checklist for your specific route
    • Certified translation support via trusted suppliers
    • Line-by-line document verification against Home Office guidance
    • Proactive chasing of missing items and follow-up emails
    • Early identification of evidential weaknesses and solutions
  4. Step 04

    Preparation of Application & Representations

Once all the evidence is complete and has been reviewed, your caseworker prepares the full application using the relevant Home Office online portal. Where the Immigration Rules or the facts of the case call for it, we also prepare a detailed, page-numbered representations letter that walks the caseworker through every requirement of the Rules, explains any complex or unusual aspects of your case, and directs the decision-maker to the specific page of the evidence bundle where supporting documents can be found.

    • Online application form completed and checked by 2 professionals
    • Detailed representations addressing every rule requirement
    • Paginated evidence bundle with exhibit index
    • Full client sign-off before any submission
    • Amendments included at no extra charge within scope
  5. Step 05

    Submission & Biometrics

Once you are completely happy with the application and have confirmed you want us to proceed, we submit the application form and — where required — the supporting representations bundle on the same day. We then send you a full confirmation pack, including a copy of the submitted application, the payment confirmation, and clear step-by-step instructions for booking your biometric enrolment appointment at a UKVCAS centre (for in-country applications) or VAC (for entry clearance) and what documents to bring with you.

    • Same-day submission once client approval is received
    • Step-by-step biometric booking guidance
    • Document upload service for UKVCAS applications
    • Priority / super-priority service booking if elected
    • Confirmation receipt and reference numbers sent securely
  6. Step 06

Liaison & Handling of Further Requests

After submission your caseworker stays on the file. We monitor the Home Office mailbox and any SMS or email updates, chase the application if it is nearing or passes the published service standard, respond to any requests for further information or documentation (known as RFIs), attend any Home Office interviews in person if required, and keep you updated at agreed intervals so you are never left wondering what is happening.

    • Proactive chasing at published service standard milestones
    • Prompt drafting of RFI responses within the deadline
    • Caseworker interview preparation and attendance
    • Regular progress updates by phone, email or WhatsApp
    • Single point of contact throughout the case lifecycle
  7. Step 07

    Outcome & Next Steps

When the Home Office decision arrives we contact you the same day to explain it, whether the news is positive or less than positive. If the decision is favourable we help you understand the conditions of the new grant of leave, explain any future rights (such as eligibility for settlement or citizenship) and confirm the next practical steps — for example, collecting a Biometric Residence Permit or arranging the citizenship ceremony. If the decision is adverse, we give you clear, realistic advice on appeal, Administrative Review, Judicial Review or making a fresh application, and the timescales and costs of each.

    • Same-day notification and explanation of any decision
    • BRP collection / eVisa guidance for successful applications
    • Future eligibility and route planning advice
    • No-win options: appeal, AR, JR or fresh application
    • Complaints process guidance if you are dissatisfied

We support clients at every stage of their immigration journey.

From first contact to decision received — and beyond.
