Our Fee Scale
Clients should know where they stand from the outset. We agree fees in writing before any work begins, so you understand the scope, the agreed fee, and what the service includes.
All fees shown are our legal fees only. Home Office application fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, biometric appointment fees and any disbursements (such as translation costs) are payable in addition. Legal i Services Ltd is not VAT registered — no VAT is charged on any of our fees.

Popular Skilled Worker Visa Entry Clearance | Support with entry clearance Skilled Worker applications for individuals coming to the UK under an assigned Certificate of Sponsorship from a licensed employer. | £250 | Applicant only fee. Skilled Worker Extension / Switching | In-country extensions of Skilled Worker leave, or switching into Skilled Worker status from another route such as Student or Graduate. | £225 | Covers up to 5-year extensions, change of employer or change of employment with the same sponsor. Popular Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) Application | Settlement applications across all major routes: 5-year work, 5-year family, 10-year long residence and private life. British Citizenship (Naturalisation) | Naturalisation applications for applicants holding indefinite leave to remain, including good character assessment, residence calculations and representation where issues arise. | £350 | Home Office naturalisation fee, citizenship ceremony fee and Life in the UK Test fee are all paid directly in addition. Student Visa Application | Student route applications for entry clearance or in-country extension, including CAS cross-check, 28-day maintenance verification and English language requirement review. | £200 | Covers CAS validity, course progression rules, ATAS clearance requirements for STEM courses where applicable, and dependant partner or child applications at additional fee per family member. |
Administrative Review (AR) Representation | Challenging Home Office refusal decisions where the only recourse is an internal Administrative Review rather than a First-tier Tribunal appeal. | £150 | Must be lodged within 14 days for in-country decisions and 28 days for entry clearance refusals. Includes a full refusal review, error identification and focused written representations. |
Home Office Fee Waiver Application | Applications to have the Home Office application fee and Immigration Health Surcharge waived on grounds of destitution, affordability or Convention rights. | £150 | Suitable for family and private life leave to remain applications, protection applicants and vulnerable adults. Includes detailed financial evidence review and representations. |
Sponsor Licence Application | Full preparation and submission of a new sponsor licence application for employers wishing to recruit Skilled Worker or Temporary Worker migrants from overseas. | £500 | Covers Worker (Skilled Worker) licence category. Includes key personnel advice, HR systems readiness review and supporting letter drafting. Home Office licence fee payable separately. |
Pre-Submission Document Review | A one-off review of a fully prepared application and all supporting evidence before you submit it, for people who have prepared the case themselves and want a final expert check. | £75 | Turnaround within 3–5 working days of receipt of all documents. Delivered as a written report with clear recommendations and any suggested supplementary representations. |
EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) Application | EUSS applications for EU, EEA and Swiss citizens and their family members, including residence evidence gathering, status checks and support with late applications where appropriate. | £150 | No Home Office fee is charged for EUSS applications — only our legal fee applies. Also suitable for family members applying for status under a derivative or Zambrano right. |
