Spouse Visa UK

A UK spouse visa allows a person who is married to a British citizen or a person settled in the UK to join or remain with their partner in the United Kingdom. The application is formally known as leave to enter as a spouse or civil partner for those applying from outside the UK, or further leave to remain as a spouse or civil partner for those already in the UK seeking an extension.

Legal i Services Ltd provides advice and application support for spouse visa and partner visa matters within its IAA Level 1 authorisation.
