Work Outside Our Level 1 Authorisation
Legal i Services Ltd is authorised at IAA Level 1 only. This means we cannot advise on or assist with:
- Business immigration or sponsorship licence applications
- Complex asylum or human rights cases requiring Level 2 or Level 3 authorisation
- Judicial review proceedings
- Representation at immigration tribunals or courts
- Any matter outside our authorised level or categories
If your matter requires advice or representation beyond Level 1, we will inform you and refer you to an appropriately qualified adviser, solicitor or barrister. We will never charge you for a referral.
