Scope of Our Authorisation — Important Notice
We are authorised at IAA Level 1. We can advise and assist only within Level 1 immigration matters and our approved categories. If your matter is complex, outside our authorisation, or requires higher-level work, we will inform you promptly and may refer you to an appropriately authorised adviser, solicitor or barrister. We will never provide advice or services beyond our authorised level and categories.
Client Care
All clients will receive a written Client Care Letter before any work begins. This letter will set out:
- The work agreed and the scope of our instructions
- Our fees and payment terms
- Expected timescales
- Our complaints procedure
- Our regulatory information
- Confirmation that advice is limited to Level 1 authorised work
We will not commence any chargeable work until the Client Care Letter has been agreed and signed.

The outcome of any immigration application is determined solely by the relevant Home Office, tribunal or authority. We will always provide our honest professional assessment of your prospects.
